- QEA exists to help people recognize what they carry, understand how it has shaped them, and reconnect with who they are through truth, acknowledgment, accountability, compassion and human connection We create space for people to face what has been, discover what remains
Vision
- QEA envisions a world where being human is enough to belong. Where people can face the truth of who they are and what they lived without losing their worth, where understanding and accountability can exist together, and where compassion and genuine human connection remind us that no one has to face life entirely alone. Through our understanding that our identity is not defined by the worst things we've done, but recognizing that we can become better through honesty, growth, outreach, and community to improve ourselves and the world around us. Everyone has a home here.

There are moments when life can leave us feeling isolated, unheard, ashamed, lost, or convinced that no one could understand what we are carrying.
You do NOT have to pretend here.
QEA is a place for honest conversations about the parts of being human we often hide – The pain we’ve experienced, the choices we’ve made, the people we’ve hurt, the things we’ve lost, and the perspn we may no longer recognize in the mirror.
Understanding what happened to us does not erase the responsibility for what we’ve done. And Taking responsibility does not mean we are froever defined by our worst moments.
Whatever brought you here, you are still human. You still have worth. You can still rise, learn to love yourself again and grow. We are here so you aren’t alone in your fight and you don’t have to do it alone.
